Operation Anime storm is the onlycare package program dedicated to getting troops overseas the anime and manga they deserve. Spike Spencer conceived Operation Anime Storm to give back to the otaku in service to us by sending them the anime that they just will not get from anybody but their fellow anime fans. Our mission is to give every GI in every warzone remote base or embassy around the world their favorite anime and manga until the last one comes home.
